Aldwych Consulting seeks a Chartered Structural Engineer at Technical Director level for its Welwyn Garden City office. You will take a lead role on data centre and other mission-critical projects, guiding design teams and delivering projects from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will contribute to office growth, embrace value engineering, and work in a well-established practice with excellent facilities and long-term progression opportunities.

Qualificações

• Chartered Structural Engineer with extensive experience leading design teams.
• Proven track record delivering large new-build projects.
• Experience on data centre or mission-critical schemes is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of large new-build projects from inception to completion.
• Manage and develop the office design team and project delivery capability.
• Apply value engineering and problem-solving on complex schemes.
