Job summary

Qualifications

Chartered Engineer with leadership experience in nuclear delivery.
Experience delivering major nuclear infrastructure in a consultancy environment.
Strong track record of client relationships and value-driven project delivery.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership across multidisciplinary engineering teams, driving high performance and quality delivery.
Mentor and develop technical teams, fostering capability growth.
Oversee delivery of complex projects ensuring technical, regulatory and safety compliance.
Lead major nuclear programmes including SMR, AMR, GW-scale builds, decommissioning and defence projects.
Build and maintain client relationships and act as trusted advisor across key accounts.
Drive business growth through client development and market strategy contributions.
Provide commercial oversight including budgeting, forecasting and contract management.
Direct delivery of complex designs, assessments and safety cases.
Champion innovative approaches and continuous improvement across teams.
