A leading national consultancy in Greater London is seeking a Bridge Technical Director to manage and grow their bridges division in Redhill. This role involves overseeing design, assessment, and inspection projects, while also taking charge of team management and business development. The position offers a market-leading salary, a flexible working structure, and 26 days of holiday with the option to buy an additional 5 days. Ideal candidates will be Chartered Engineers with extensive experience in bridge engineering.

This is an opportunity to be involved in some really exciting work whilst you help shape / manage the growth of the bridges business down in that office, as well as around the country.
You will be working in an office which will be working on Bridge Design, Assessment and Inspection. As well as Temporary Works and Asset Management. You will be responsible for all things managerial, from interviewing, delegation of tasks, financing and invoicing of clients as well as business development of the office. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow out your own office and have a real say in the business.
