  • Integrate asset, condition, performance, cost, maintenance and risk data to support decision-making.
  • Lead the development of dashboards, risk and forecasting models and decision-support solutions.
  • Embed asset intelligence into lifecycle planning, investment prioritisation, maintenance and operational processes.
  • Advise clients on data quality, information governance, asset information requirements and system integration.
  • Manage consulting assignments, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
  • Build client relationships, support business development and develop WSP's asset intelligence capability.
  • Mentor and develop a team of consultants, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture and ensuring all safety, health and well-being (SH&W) requirements are met.
  • Opportunity to develop the team further through networking across our wider teams.
What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate…
  • Significant experience in asset management, asset information, infrastructure analytics, digital asset management and lifecycle decision-making.

  • Leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage large-scale, high-impact projects and advise senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey new concepts and ideas to technical and non-technical colleagues effectively, both verbally and in writing, including in presentations.
  • Experience of working with asset data systems, including configuring or specifying EAM, CMMS and DSTs.
  • Strong project management skills, having delivered tasks or projects that include planning, managing and completing deliverables.
  • A strong network within the transportation, highways, or broader infrastructure industry.
  • Professional registration, such as being Chartered or Incorporated.
  • A desire to work and collaborate in a variety of styles: in large teams, small teams and independently; both online and in person.
  • A BSc/BEng or MSc/MEng or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
