A leading engineering services firm in the UK seeks a Technical Director for the Decommissioning Market. The role involves leading teams, ensuring technical delivery, and developing client relationships to meet strategic goals. As a senior leader, you will work closely with clients to understand problems and supervise our talented teams to deliver safe and cost-effective solutions. As the Technical Director for the Decommissioning Market, you will be responsible for the technical delivery aspects of decommissioning projects. This includes developing and maintaining team capability within the various technical disciplines, providing independent technical governance and assurance to meet quality standards and comply with company processes, and ensuring technical risks are appropriately managed.
Reporting to the Decommissioning Market Director, you will be required to develop and maintain strong relationships with the Technical Leadership Group. This will involve working closely with other Technical Directors and Leaders from across Nuclear EMEA to shape a consistent technical strategy and supervise delivery of that strategy in the Decommissioning Market. You will be accountable to the Nuclear EMEA Technical Director for the consistent and compliant application of technical standards across the Decommissioning Market.
