You will lead complex projects, engage stakeholders, and ensure best practices are followed. The role offers hybrid working arrangements and competitive benefits, including discounted flights and private medical insurance.
As Technical Delivery Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of a strategic initiative at easyJet holidays digital platforms. You’ll oversee both in‑house and third‑party development teams, ensure progress remains on track, and support quarterly planning activities. A focus on automation, DevOps and continuous improvement will be central to how you lead delivery, drive efficiency, and ensure high standards across all stages of software development.
We are looking for somebody with experience delivering digital solutions and who is confident managing complex projects with multiple teams, suppliers and dependencies. You will have worked with third‑party technology suppliers and know how to coordinate both on‑site and offshore delivery, manage budgets, track progress and use data to provide transparency on investment and value. You are able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, and can explain complex solutions clearly and ensure decisions are well understood. You maintain high standards while staying pragmatic and solution‑focused, build effective relationships with suppliers, and ensure best practices are followed.
