Job summary

Exposed Solutions is seeking a data-driven professional to join our housing asset team in the UK. You will review survey outputs, validate stock condition data, and support surveyors to resolve data issues, ensuring accuracy across RdSAP, HHSRS and Decent Homes datasets.

You will collaborate across asset datasets, produce clear reports, and contribute to data quality assurance and analytical support for project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing and validating survey data in housing, asset management, or consultancy environments.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis experience.
• Strong focus on data quality and accuracy.

Role Overview

This role combines technical data analysis with building surveying expertise, focusing on the validation and quality assurance of stock condition, HHSRS, Decent Homes, and RdSAP data.

The successful candidate will review survey outputs, identify inconsistencies, and collaborate closely with surveyors to resolve data issues and ensure accuracy across asset datasets.
