  • Solid understanding of AV signal flow, audio processing, and networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote and on-site technical support for professional audio and video systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AV incidents quickly and efficiently to meet strict SLAs.
  • Support video conferencing platforms and integrated meeting room solutions.
  • Work with high-profile clients, maintaining a customer-focused approach.
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize AV systems to ensure maximum uptime.
  • Collaborate with global support teams and third-party vendors.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes accurately.
  • Participate in out-of-hours or on-call support when required.

You will act as a trusted technical partner, supporting mission-critical audio and video systems across corporate, executive, and premium environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support for professional audio and video systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AV incidents quickly and efficiently to meet strict SLAs
  • Support video conferencing platforms and integrated meeting room solutions
  • Work directly with high-profile clients, maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimise AV systems to ensure maximum uptime and performance
  • Collaborate with global support teams, engineers, and third‑party vendors
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes accurately
  • Participate in out-of-hours or on-call support when required

  • Strong knowledge of high-end AV environments (corporate, executive, or broadcast-level setups)
  • Solid understanding of signal flow, audio processing, displays, cameras, control systems, and networking fundamentals
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Comfortable working with demanding, high-profile clients
  • Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical
