• Proven knowledge of detailed design for residential schemes.
• Understanding of FRAS & FRA.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in managing the Technical function.
• Ensure information is produced, checked, and distributed on programme.
• Manage the external design team and specialist consultants.
• Attend project and team meetings and present the Technical position.
