We are seeking a Technical Coordinator to support project delivery by ensuring design coordination, compliance, and efficient management. We value diversity, innovation, and excellence, providing growth opportunities and a supportive environment.

The role

• Supporting Technical Managers in project coordination and delivery.
• Checking and processing drawings from consultants and contractors for accuracy and compliance.
• Issuing drawings and construction information according to protocols.
• Liaising with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and authorities for approvals and queries.
• Maintaining knowledge of Building Regulations and statutory requirements.
• Preparing and monitoring technical specifications, conveyance, and brochure plans.
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth project progression.
• Managing external design consultants and preparing key documentation for sales, legal, and marketing.
• Staying updated with industry innovations and best practices.
