Technical Coordinator – Residential Developer in Brentwood, Essex. Hybrid: 4 days in the office / 1 day WFH. Salary up to £55,000 + competitive package. Permanent, full-time.

The Role

As a Technical Coordinator, you'll manage the design and technical delivery across residential developments, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating architectural and engineering information from design through to site delivery
• Liaising with consultants, local authorities, and statutory bodies
• Supporting the planning process with accurate technical information
• Managing the discharge of planning conditions and building regulations
• Ensuring timely issue of drawings and specifications to site teams

About You

• Experience in a Technical Coordinator role within residential construction/development
• Strong understanding of the development process from planning through to delivery
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD and document management systems (e.g., Viewpoint, Asite)
