Technical Coordinator - Construction & Building

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Coordinator to join a well-established construction business delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional with a background in construction or building to play a key role in the coordination and delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate technical design information across multiple disciplines
• Manage design development in line with project programmes and budgets
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions for accuracy and compliance
• Support the delivery of projects through all technical stages
• Ensure designs meet regulatory, quality, and client requirements

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Technical Coordinator or similar technical role
• Strong background in construction and building
• Experience working on residential and/or commercial projects
• Good understanding of building regulations and technical standards
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
