A leading property development company in Wembley, London is seeking a Technical Coordinator to ensure all project information is available to the Production team. The role involves liaising with design teams and ensuring project specifications are coordinated. The ideal candidate has a degree in a relevant field and at least two years of experience in the construction industry. The Technical Co-ordinator is responsible for ensuring all project information is available to the Production team and other Departments in line with the project programme. They will liaise with and advise other Departments on technical matters and provide back-up support and information flow.

The standard default full-time working hours in the office are 8am-5pm with core working hours 9am-4pm.
