THE OPPORTUNITY

As Technical Coordinator at OZONE, you’ll play a key role in our Wholesale team – supporting the smooth running of our technical operations and helping ensure every customer receives prompt, effective, and friendly service. You’ll be the first point of contact for technical queries, calmly triaging requests, scheduling services, organising callouts, and keeping equipment and installation records accurate and up to date.

Working closely with colleagues across Wholesale and the wider business, you’ll help resolve issues efficiently, keep communication flowing, and spot opportunities to improve our processes. This is a hands‑on role where your attention to detail, supportive nature, and clear communication will help keep our technical function running smoothly and our customers well looked after.
