Responsibilities
- Develop a wide range of technical content (including help systems, user guides, and e‑learning materials) that empowers and supports our users.
- Create and curate multimedia assets, such as video, audio, graphics, and photography, to bring technical information to life in accessible and engaging ways.
- Work confidently with established company tools, templates, and style guidelines, while also contributing ideas for how we can evolve them.
- Collaborate closely with subject‑matter experts and stakeholders across teams, building strong working relationships based on respect and curiosity.
- Use translation and localization systems to help make our content truly global and understandable for a diverse international audience.
- Support the publication and organization of content across a variety of digital platforms to ensure information is easy to find and use.
- Contribute to project planning and tracking, helping to keep work organized, transparent, and on schedule.
- Take an active role in continuous improvement efforts, sharing suggestions, exploring new approaches, and learning along the way.
- Follow company quality standards and processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all produced content.
Qualifications
- You have solid experience in developing technical documentation or related content (typically 3+ years), supported by relevant education or equivalent practical experience.
- You're an excellent communicator in written and spoken English, with a passion for clear, user‑centered technical writing.
- You're confident working with authoring and content tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Author‑It, Adobe CC) and ideally bring familiarity with web technologies like HTML/CSS.
- You understand modern content practices such as topic‑based or single‑source writing and are curious about emerging trends like docs‑as‑code and AI‑assisted content.
- You've got strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills, working well with stakeholders, engineers, and subject‑matter experts across diverse teams.
- You bring attention to detail, self‑motivation, and a genuine desire to learn, whether exploring scientific subject matter or navigating complex, quality‑driven environments.
We encourage applications from underrepresented individuals and people with diverse backgrounds.
