Argon Business Systems is growing, and we’re looking for a capable and client-focused 2nd Line Technical Consultant to join our technical team. This role sits at the heart of our service operation, supporting our 1st line analysts with escalations while also working closely with 3rd line engineers on project delivery, infrastructure improvements and policy changes. You’ll act as the link between desktop support and back‑end infrastructure, so you’ll need solid experience across Microsoft technologies and the confidence to take ownership of more complex issues. Most support is delivered remotely, but site visits may be required. We take pride in delivering a professional, friendly service so we’re looking for someone who combines technical ability with strong communication and a customer‑first approach. Typical working hours are a 37.5‑hour week Monday to Friday; we also support flexible working arrangements, including part‑time or alternative schedules.
