Overview
We are looking for a smart and motivated individual to take on the role of Technical SEO Executive within a scaled SEO team that spans both Leeds and London. This role supports analysis, reporting, insights and optimisation across a diverse and exciting portfolio of agency clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn to confidently and proficiently manage, investigate, and analyse crawl & log files from tools such as Screaming Frog, custom crawlers, and client extractions.
- Contribute to the delivery of accurate and comprehensive SEO audits, clearly presenting issues and providing actionable recommendations.
- Acquire a basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Develop working knowledge of core SEO tools including Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Lumar, GA4, and Google Search Console.
- Base recommendations on clear, robust data analysis using the provided tool suite.
- Understand consumer search behaviour for clients and verticals.
- Strive to improve performance through reasoned, logical technical suggestions.
- Adhere to the strategic plan and roadmap of technical activities devised by your manager for each client.
- Assist with client reporting (BAU or QBRs).
- Present work and results confidently to internal teams and clients when required.
- Participate in client calls and contribute to regular reporting meetings.
- Prepare presentation material for client calls and meetings as requested by line management or the client service team.
- Learn and apply agency best‑practice to ensure high‑standard deliverables.
- Collaborate with your line manager to feed into roadmaps and provide strategic recommendations.
- Raise issues or concerns to management when necessary.
- Deliver work within the deadlines and SLAs defined in client scopes.
- Utilise AI platforms to increase performance outputs.
- Stay updated on industry developments to maintain current SEO knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous knowledge or basic understanding of SEO (training provided).
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working with large data sets and complex problems; strong Excel skills.
- Interest in web analytics and ability to use data to back arguments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of conveying work and results effectively.
- Strong time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
