As a Technical Compliance Manager, you'll be working in the Technical Compliance Team ensuring that the international business is compliant with regulations across the jurisdictions in which we hold gambling licenses with particular focus on Italian jurisdiction. Current company jurisdictions include Italy, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Malta, Romania and Ontario, with others lined up on the road map. Responsibilities
  • Providing advice and interpretation of technical regulations and requirements and assisting in finding the cause of technical compliance issues
  • Designing solutions and controls to address technical issues
  • You'll be the interface with regulators and external auditors as and when required
  • Advising and supporting the group during technical certifications and compliance audits
  • Handling regulator issues and requests, as well as internal tasks
  • Providing technical guidance and assistance on new products and ideas
  • Testing systems and controls to ensure these meet the intended requirements
  • Obtaining and verifying evidence to demonstrate compliance with applicable regulations and requirements
  • Experience in technical compliance, audit processes and technical regulations within an Italian jurisdiction
  • Great communication skills, you'll be able to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner with stakeholders
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work effectively, considering the wider picture and maintaining proven relationship management skills with business users, system and network administrators and software developers
  • Knowledge and understanding of our key gaming related concepts and the ability to work to deadlines
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and comfortable working with systems analysts and developers
Qualifications
  • Experience in technical compliance, audit processes and technical regulations within an Italian jurisdiction
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to organise and prioritise work, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
