A leading educational institution in the UK seeks a Technical Coach Engineering to deliver classroom and workshop training to students. The role focuses on developing academic and practical skills, ensuring high-quality learning experiences, and complying with health and safety regulations. Successful candidates will have a relevant qualification and experience in engineering fields. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
Salary: £26,139 per annum.
Annual Leave: 31 days per annum (excluding bank holidays and up to 3 additional discretionary days over the Christmas/New Year period).
As our Technical Coach Engineering, you will provide academic and technical training to students to support achievement within the technical qualification of their programme. Through classroom and workshop training you will aim to develop, improve, and consolidate learning.
The post holder will support the achievement of students through the development of practical and academic skills, including support for student learning activities in workshops, one‑to‑one and classroom situations; provide teaching support on projects and assignments set by teachers; provide high‑quality resource management including specialist equipment; monitor and support students on work experience.
