A respected property consultancy located in Halifax is seeking a Technical Co-ordinator / Manager to assist with project administration and design team coordination. This role involves managing client relationships and ensuring project compliance with regulations. Qualifications

  • Requires degree or HND level qualification in a construction-related field.
  • Experience in project management and document control is essential.
  • Strong technical knowledge of planning and construction processes required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the project lead in developing project briefs.
  • Conduct background research on planning history.
  • Coordinate third-party consultant appointments.
  • Manage planning and building regulation applications.
  • Liaise with statutory authorities and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation and project specifications.
