Technical Coordinator – Northampton

Are you a technically skilled civil engineer with a passion for residential development? This well know developer are looking for a Technical Coordinator to join our Northampton team and help deliver high-quality, compliant, and buildable projects.

What You’ll Do:
  • Coordinate technical designs across multiple development sites.
  • Support planning, highways, drainage, and utility approvals (S38, S104, S278, S106).
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical queries.
  • Ensure designs are compliant, practical, and aligned with programme and budget.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in civil engineering, infrastructure design, or technical coordination in housebuilding or consultancy.
  • Knowledge of drainage, highways, and adoptable infrastructure standards.
  • Competence in AutoCAD and drainage software (Microdrainage, WinDes).
  • Strong organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
