What you’ll be doing:
  • You will provide efficient, on site customer-facing administrative and facilities support to Submarine employees and the wider office
  • Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day maintenance, service provider coordination
  • Coordinate and oversee visitor access
  • Liaise with IT and other departments to raise and resolve office-related requests and requirements
  • You will support Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) compliance by working closely with the SHE support team and HS&E Advisor
  • Also manage shared inbox communications and assist with onboarding processes to ensure the smooth integration of new starters
Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Experience of working in an office management role
  • Solid user of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledgeable in communication skills and a professional manner as dealing with external visitors
  • Organisational skills and self-motivation and attention to detail

Desirable:

  • Working knowledge of SharePoint
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Driving Licence would be beneficial for travel on site

The Business Operation Support team:

The Business Operations Support Team is a growing group, currently with two members based in Coventry and a wider team of sixteen. The team plays a vital role in supporting the office environment and all employees, overseeing facilities, coordinating with SHE and IT advisors, and supporting security controllers. They manage new starter inductions, liaise with internal and external suppliers and visitors, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. As the office continues to grow from 0 to 100 employees, the team remains essential in maintaining efficiency and delivering high‑quality business support.
