We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping and delivering transformative solutions for compensation processes. All applicants will need to bring experience juggling administrative and commercial complexity across multiple jurisdictions within multiple financial services settings with numerous tools, teams and systems.

The ideal candidate will have circa 10 years experience as as Business Analyst and be used to working on the dashboarding of ad hoc management information (MI) reporting and possibly Business Intelligence (BI) as well

Requirements

• Familiarity with complex compensation and incentive schemes (structures and mechanics)
• Procedure & governance documentation (including appropriate controls)
• Project Management: planning & execution incl. managing inter-dependencies, driving accountability and delivery across teams.
• Data architecture and governance
• Reporting and analytics
• Experience as business analyst with experience of incentive/compensation system implementation/transformation
