Qualifications

Responsibilities

In this role, you will leverage your technical skills to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and delivered across all levels.You will act as a subject matter expert for trading systems initiatives, assisting with troubleshooting and issue resolution for development, support, and business users. Your responsibilities include analysing and mapping RFQ, order, and trade lifecycles to formulate solutions that enhance quality and efficiency. You will facilitate stakeholder workshops, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions, and communicate effectively with business, development, QA, infrastructure, and production support teams.
