Job summary

Synechron in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Data and AI to support Finance technology and transformation initiatives within a leading financial services organization.

You will gather requirements, translate them into user stories and process flows, and collaborate with Finance, Data, Technology, Product, and QA teams to drive data, reporting, analytics, AI, and automation initiatives. Banking and Finance experience is mandatory for this role.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Experience with Data, Analytics, AI, automation, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of data concepts, reporting, and process analysis.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Note- Banking and Finance experience is mandatory for this role.
