Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology, data and architecture across client projects. You will translate objectives into technical features, support CI/CD delivery, and guide data-driven decision making while collaborating with product owners, developers and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in the technical design and development of technology-based products.
• Experience working with technical architecture and owning technical writing.
• Experience in data analysis, data modelling, and data visualisation tools (e.g. SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI etc.)
• Willingness to work with database schemas and perform data manipulation tasks such as cleaning, transformation and aggregation
• Ability to facilitate end-to-end delivery, from research and solution design through to development, testing and release
• Ability to build, refine and prioritise an agile backlog for technical implementation
• Ability to adapt to different delivery methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe and Waterfall
• Interest in contributing to capability growth and community development
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives and requirements into valuable technical features and user stories that will shape product development and technical delivery
• Leverage your understanding of IT Delivery Frameworks and DevOps practices to facilitate CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery
• Conduct system and data analysis to identify improvement areas and pain points to inform decision making
• Support the management of product roadmap, prioritisation, and backlog refinement, working collaboratively with product owners, developers, architects and QATs
