Role Overview:

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will help shape the future of our next-generation service offerings by defining and evolving innovative solutions. You will introduce modern data-centric and AI-driven methodologies, including Agentic system approaches, to drive advancements in our SaaS platform capabilities. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the ongoing delivery and enhancement of a high-availability, cloud-based pan-European system that processes billions of transactions each year. Your work will directly support the integrity and security of the European medicines supply chain, ensuring robust and reliable service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison with customers during requirements gathering, ensuring comprehensive understanding of business needs.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications for technical teams.
• Align technical specifications with solution architecture and collaborate closely with Architects and Technical SMEs.
• Manage and document change requests, ensuring traceability and impact assessment.
• Define clear acceptance criteria for development and validate deliverables against requirements.
• Provide ongoing clarification and support regarding requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support prioritization and refinement of the product backlog, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Prepare and maintain validation documentation and effectively communicate system structure and requirements to internal and external stakeholders, including third parties.

About the Candidate:

• Holds a minimum of a 2.1 degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Possesses a BCS Diploma in Business Analysis or an equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
• Strong understanding of the full product delivery lifecycle, from concept to implementation, with experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven track record of delivering technical requirements for products with regular, contractually agreed delivery and release cycles.
• Hands‑on experience using application lifecycle management tools, such as Azure DevOps.
• Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to elicit and document precise requirements.
• Solid knowledge of business‑to‑business (B2B) integration principles and practices.
