Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Business Analyst to join a dynamic R&D AI-focused team. The team is tasked with creating and evaluating AI agent use cases to drive cost savings and avoidance within the CTO area of the bank. The role will involve supporting requirement gathering and execution of AI Agent projects, both for identified use cases and additional requests from other CTO teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the requirement gathering and execution of AI Agent projects.
• Collaborate with various teams within CTO to understand their AI use case needs.
• Design steps from problem statement to execution.
• Work alongside architects to build detailed blueprints.
• Support execution and ensure outlined requirements are met.

Essential Skills

• Over 5 years of experience with software delivery in banking.
• Experience working on AI solutions or AI agents.
• Knowledge of LLMs and Cloud services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Business analysis expertise.
• Experience with AI agents and Jira.
• A technical background is highly desirable.
