Our client, a law firm based in Bromley is looking for a technically minded Business Analyst to join its IT team, working closely with the Head of IT and stakeholders across the firm.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong business analysis skills with a good understanding of software, applications and systems integration. You’ll bridge the gap between business and technology, translating requirements into practical solutions, coordinating system improvements and identifying opportunities to streamline processes through technology and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.


• Work with stakeholders, internal IT teams and external suppliers to deliver system enhancements.


• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.


• Read and interpret code, understand application logic and support technical problem-solving.


• Coordinate change control, testing, UAT and implementation.

About you

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.

You don't need to be a hands-on developer, but you must be technically confident and comfortable understanding how applications work.
