Job summary

Morson Edge (Financial Services) is recruiting a Hands-On Technical Business Analyst for a London-based, permanent role with hybrid work (4 days in office). You will work across front-end/UI and product areas, gathering requirements, prototyping, and delivering solutions in a fintech SaaS environment.

The role involves collaborating with business and technology teams, supporting sales with product rollouts, and delivering innovative features across the Commission Management Software suite.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst/Implementation Consultant within Financial Services or Consulting.
• Hands-on technical delivery experience.
• Front end/UI/product perspective experience is advantageous.
• SQL experience required.
• Client-facing exposure preferred.

Technical Business Analyst – SaaS, UI, Web, Front-End, SQL, Product, Product Owner, Business Analysis, Financial Services, Consulting – Permanent - £70,000 - £90,000 Base + Bonus – London/Hybrid

My client, a leading Financial Services organisation based in London are looking for a Hands-On Technical Business Analyst to join their London office on a permanent basis (4 days a week in office).

The business offers a selection of solutions and products to the buy side, sell-side and research providers, supporting them with implementation, enhancement and development of new products across their Commission Management Software. You will be working across the organisation prototyping, designing, requirement gathering, and ultimately working with clients on the implementation of these products.

This is a multi faceted role that will require you to be on working with both the business and technology, as well as supporting sales with the roll out of products so client facing experience is a highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have experience across the below:

• Proven Business Analysis / Implementation Consultant / Product experience within the Financial Services Industry or Consulting
• Hands on Technical Delivery Experience
• Front End / Web / UI / Product experience from a BA or Product perspective would be highly beneficial
• SQL experience
• Client facing exposure
• Builder mentality
• Proven experience working to deliver or implement a product or platform
• Agile Delivery background
