Responsibilities
  • Lead complex Tech‑related projects
  • Help clients understand the options and possibilities for how they can use highly configurable and complex systems
  • Design and implement top quality new software solutions
  • Solve challenging technical problems using a structured and logical approach
  • Gather client requirements and turn these into detailed, unambiguous and accurate specifications
  • Manage the build of sometimes complex implementations, and ensure this is done to specification
  • Continuously monitor and improve all aspects of the software
  • Support the sales team by contributing to client proposals including presenting and demonstrating technical solutions to clients (Pre‑Sales Engineering)
Requirements for the role
  • 1‑2 years of relevant experience in a Tech‑related position
  • Excellent communication skills - this is a highly client‑facing role
  • Full right to work in the UK without any restrictions
  • Achieved a 2:1 or above at Bachelor’s level in a STEM subject such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or Engineering from a top 30 UK university
  • Excellent A‑levels with an A or A* in Mathematics
  • Based close to or willing to relocate to London as this is a hybrid position
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills
  • Logical, well‑organised and practical
  • Ability to understand business reasons that underlie technology needs
  • Confident and eager to take on responsibility and the ability to learn new skills quickly
  • The ability to work well as part of a team, seamlessly collaborating with others
  • Computer literate (e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel) and able to pick up new concepts

A starting salary of up to around £45,000 p.a. is offered, as well as competitive benefits and an option to work remotely up to 3 days a week.
