Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with key project stakeholders and technical teams to support Data Centre Migration, IT Infrastructure, and Cloud Transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather insights, address challenges, and define project scope.
- Analyse, document, and communicate business and technical requirements for Co-Location and Data Migration deliveries, ensuring alignment with broader strategic goals, and anticipating and pro‑actively mitigating potential risks.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, data flows, and requirements traceability, ensuring all stakeholders have a clear understanding of project deliverables.
- Work closely with technical teams to validate solutions and ensure that requirements are implemented effectively, meeting the high standards expected for mission‑critical migrations.
- Identify operational impacts and support operational readiness activities to ensure change is embedded successfully.
- Provide outcome‑based reporting on team or delivery progress in the format required by the programme team.
- Lead and mentor other more junior members of the team to support the growth of a high performing team (applicable to SBA).
- Continually share external & internal BA knowledge & experience to boost the evolution of the BA Practice.
Qualifications
- Experience operating in a technical analysis‑based role with a full appreciation for BA techniques and the various frameworks i.e. Waterfall, Agile, SAFe for example.
- Proficient in capturing technical requirements and documenting / analysing data flows.
- IT Infrastructure & Change Management Knowledge – Proven experience in technical analysis, particularly in data centre migrations, IT infrastructure, or cloud environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills working well with others throughout the organization at all levels, in particular technical stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communicator.
- Proven champion of change and motivator of others.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to lead and take ownership.
- Naturally curious with the desire to constantly improve the status quo.
- Offer personal agility when responding to change in business demands and lead the way for those more resistant to change.
- Constantly perform to the best of their ability and encourage others to do the same focused on quality deliverables.
- Strong desire to support the continued growth of the BA Practice and the company's strategic goals.
