Responsibilities

• Support customers with after-sales solutions by writing documents and guides.
• Research products for evaluation and creation of technical materials.
• Conduct target audience analysis for types of technical documents.
• Collaborate with departments to understand project requirements.
• Gather information from experts to write manuals and specifications.
• Maintain existing documentation and revise documents prepared by others.
