A UK-based construction firm is seeking a Technical Author to produce Handover Documentation to client standards. Responsibilities include liaising with team members, managing documentation related to Operations & Maintenance Manuals, and adhering to tight deadlines. A full driving license, self-motivation, and competence in Microsoft Office are essential. This position offers hybrid working opportunities.
Must be able to work to own initiative and as part of a team. With hybrid working, must be self-motivational. Due to the locations of our works, a full driving license is necessary. Competent with Microsoft Office packages & SharePoint.
To produce all areas of "Handover Documentation" to clients required standard. This will involve liaising with Site Team and external suppliers, producing documentation such as Operations & Maintenance Manuals, Training Plans, Health & Safety Files and Asset Data Registers.
