Job summary

HS2 Ltd is seeking a Technical Assurance Auditor in London to ensure TAR processes are consistently applied across contracts and to lead the HORACE filing and observation actions. You will manage the TAR programme, chair processes, and report on IPT performance with emphasis on risk and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Management and dissemination / reporting of Processes.
• Development and improvement of Processes.
• Liaison and coordination between HS2 Ltd and Contractors.
• Competent in digital data and information analysis and trend reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create the TAR HORACE references and HORACE files, including Question Sets for TAR Processes.
• Manage the preparation and issue of HORACE references to Contractors and HS2 Ltd attendees.
• Manage the annual TAR Programme.
• Chair the TAR Process, determine and record Observations and CARs, and prepare TAR reports.
• Ensure consistent application of technical assurance auditing processes across delivery.
• Own and present data-based reporting on IPT review performance and observation closeout.
• Plan TAR activities with risk and performance in mind.
• Coordinate feedback into HS2 technical processes and with policy owners to keep processes fit for purpose.
• Promote cross-function collaboration across HS2 (e.g., BIM Configuration, Requirements, PM).
