Job summary
Energy Jobline CVL in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join a leading RIBA chartered practice delivering high-profile projects across the UK and internationally. The role offers hybrid working, a generous holiday allowance, contributory pension, and dedicated time for professional development.
You will lead technical delivery from inception to completion, coordinating with contractors and design teams.
Qualifications
- ARB registered and eligible to practice in the UK.
- Strong post-Part 3 experience within a UK practice.
- Proficient in Revit and delivering high-quality technical drawings.
- Thorough knowledge of UK building regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver a range of projects from inception through to completion
- Produce creative design solutions
- Develop high-quality technical drawings and specifications
- Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams
- Attend design team meetings and site visits
