Job summary

LSEG’s Corporate Engineering AI team is seeking a Manager to own and govern architecture artefacts, drive governance approvals, and align designs with risk, security and compliance controls. You will collaborate with Cyber, Risk, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance to validate architectures and ensure production readiness.

Lead with clarity on risks, governance processes and stakeholder communication while guiding enterprise architecture across security, cloud and data domains.

Qualifications

• Own architecture artefacts in a governed enterprise.
• Navigate architecture governance processes and engage stakeholders.
• Translate complex AI/ML designs into clear, actionable documentation.
• Apply enterprise architecture principles covering security, cloud, data and resilience.
• Understand LLM, RAG, and agentic system architectures and associated risks.
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain SDD/ADD design documentation as governed artefacts.
• Drive designs through architecture governance, securing Dev/Test and Production approvals.
• Engage Cyber, Risk, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance stakeholders to validate and approve designs.
• Represent solutions in governance forums, clearly explaining architecture, risks, and controls.
• Ensure solutions meet security, resilience, scalability, observability, and compliance requirements.
• Align implementation with approved design, maintaining traceability and documentation integrity.
• Partner with ML, Quality, and SRE teams to ensure designs are deliverable and production-ready.

The Corporate Engineering AI (CE AI) team provides central enablement and platform delivery for LSEG’s internal agentic AI ecosystem, scaling safe and high‑quality AI capabilities across the enterprise.

Responsibilities
