Solution Architect (Contract)

Location: Warwick, UK – Hybrid (3 days on‑site per week).

Rate: £600‑£800 per day. Length: 6‑12 months. Inside IR35. Must have active SC clearance.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support the alignment of IT and digital strategy with business objectives, delivering integrated global solutions powered by Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform. The role involves assessing opportunities, defining transformation paths, and collaborating with business consultants and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer opportunity in regards of feasibility, value and risks and deliver/support business and application consultant development of functional specifications to be implemented.
• Define and propose a transformation path toward an integrated global solution, enabling the customer to achieve business objectives leveraging Dassault Systèmes know‑how and technologies powered by the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• Work closely with business consultants to promote our Industry Solution Experiences.
• Adapt and develop Dassault Systèmes out‑of‑the‑box solutions in close relation with our worldwide team.
• Ensure technical continuity between the solution and value propositions scoped in the sales cycle, and the solution delivered through product implementation.
• Support and guide our community of Solution Architects and Software Architects, Security (SIEM) Architects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution or Software Architect or similar role.
• Strong Dassault Systèmes product knowledge based on 3DEXPERIENCE platform delivery of Product Lifecycle Management solutions or other PLM solutions.
• Consulting experience leading technical teams and delivering large‑scale PLM implementations within global organisations and complex capability landscapes.
• Knowledge & experience in Integration and Migration methodologies and solutions.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks – TOGAF, Zachman, Archimate, UAF, etc.
• Experience modelling architectures – CATIA Magic or SparxEA, etc.
• Familiarity with Scaled Agile framework and Cloud infrastructure is a plus.
• Customer proposal writing, demos, proof‑of‑concept skills, change management is a plus.
