Working for a Cornwall based Developer as Technical & Engineering Manager in the pre‑construction team, you will be the technical & engineering point of contact for all disciplines and managing the design and regulatory approval process and compliance from planning through to build completion on sites ranging from 50–200 plots.

Summary of duties for the Technical & Engineering Manager role:

• Appointing and managing external consultants
• Managing design programme and budgets.
• Value engineering and timely delivery of technical information to support tendering and construction.
• Managing utilities, sectional agreements, and planning conditions.

Experience and Attributes needed to apply for the Technical & Engineering Manager role:
