The Opportunity

As a Technical Analyst, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and updating technical systems and processes to meet required standards. You’ll work closely with teams across Process Development, QA, Hygiene, Production, NPD, Commercial, Engineering, Purchasing, and Planning to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update technical systems, documentation, and site procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and monitor retailer systems, communicating any issues promptly.
  • Manage internal audits, traceability tests, and GAP analysis processes for retailer audits.
  • Collate, analyse, and report technical and customer KPI data, including trending and presentation packs.
  • Conduct risk assessments and administer documentation for product exports.
