As an Entry-Level Technical Advisory Consultant, you'll join our Oakland Futures program, and eventually our National Security team.
You'll have the opportunity to learn modern engineering practices, gain exposure to a wide range of technologies, and contribute to projects that support critical national missions. We don't expect you to know everything from day one. Instead, we're looking for curious, motivated individuals with a passion for technology and a willingness to learn.
From your first day, you'll receive comprehensive training and support from experienced Engineers and Architects across our wider technical and consulting community. Through mentoring, training, and hands‑on project work, we'll help you develop the skills and confidence needed to progress your career.
You'll also have opportunities to contribute to internal initiatives, technical communities, and learning activities as you grow within the business.
We welcome applications from individuals with varying backgrounds, whether that's through a degree, apprenticeship, bootcamp, personal projects, or equivalent experience.
You don't need experience with everything listed below. We're looking for a solid foundation and a desire to learn.
Due to the nature of the work, you must be eligible and willing to undergo security clearance processes.
