All the details

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Fashion, Home and Beauty Sustainability team. You'll work closely with a cross-functional group including Product Owners, IT, Raw Materials, Sustainability and our Sourcing Offices. We're looking for someone passionate about sustainability, sourcing, data management and reporting.

In this role, you will provide essential support to the Raw Material Sustainability team, with a particular focus on traceability projects and sustainability reporting. You will deliver technical administration support across raw material reporting and due-diligence processes, while also contributing to a range of projects across the wider raw materials and circularity agenda.

To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Actively support the mapping of suppliers' connections across the supply chain through different raw materials traceability projects and tools.
  • Manage and deliver the different raw material reporting and due diligence processes.
  • Clear and proactive communications with all stakeholders, including third parties, to gather and share relevant data.
  • Adhoc support for raw materials and circularity projects.
  • Manage set critical path of project plans.
Who you are

Your skills and experience will include

  • Good understanding of raw materials traceability requirements and their connection to the sustainability strategy.
  • Proficient with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and PLM.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
  • Good at meeting facilitation and minutes taking.
  • Understanding of the circular economy including circular business models and circular design
