What you'll be doing:

• Supporting meetings by organising conference rooms and minute taking
• General administerial duties to include Mailbox management, meeting scheduling, and diary management

The Technical Services Support Cluster Team:

The Technical Services Support Cluster is a newly formed team, which is growing to support across the Technical Services Cluster which sits within Engineering. This teams' primary focuses are the health and safety of the Specialist Engineering Group as well as infrastructure requirements and improvements across the wide range of facilities which the group has. The role offers excellent exposure across the business, with visibility to senior leaders and a wide range of external stakeholders and partners. You'll be part of a positive, friendly working environment where your contributions make a real impact.
