We’re on the hunt for a sharp, tech-savvy bridge builder to join the Tebex team as our next Technical Account Manager – ensuring partners unlock the full potential of our platform.

As our Technical Account Manager, you’ll guide partners through onboarding, integrations, and technical implementation – translating business goals into seamless technical realities. You’ll be their go-to ally for everything from API support to creative problem-solving, ensuring every partner journey feels smooth, efficient, and expertly supported.

This is a remote-first role, open to candidates who reside in the UK and are eligible to work there full-time.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to support prospective partners by clearly explaining Tebex’s product capabilities and integration options.
  • Guide partners through onboarding and implementation to deliver a smooth, successful integration experience.
  • Provide expert technical assistance by troubleshooting issues, resolving inquiries, or escalating internally when needed.
  • Act as a go-to authority on our APIs, SDKs, and integration workflows – empowering internal teams to communicate technical solutions effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with partners through proactive support and clear communication.
Requirements
  • Strong technical understanding of web technologies, including APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and integration workflows.
  • Proven experience supporting B2B SaaS, platform, or API-driven products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with developers, technical partners, or enterprise clients in onboarding or support contexts.

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) or the ability to read and understand code.
