The Role

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and technical support. This is a 100% account management role, focused on maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients rather than new business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
  • Prepare accurate quotations aligned with pricing strategies and margin targets.
  • Follow up on quotations to support conversion and maintain visibility of the sales pipeline.
  • Create and modify technical drawings using CPQ software and AutoCAD.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong technical aptitude with basic CAD knowledge (AutoCAD preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is desirable.
