A global media company is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to deliver high-class IT support to clients within UK offices and a global user base. This role requires flexibility for multi-site support and offers opportunities in dispatching AV support, production, and broadcast environments. Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.
The TechEx IT Operations Analyst is responsible for providing a high class of IT Support to clients within the UK offices but also to the global userbase. This role requires flexibility which may mean supporting multiple sites within the UK with occasional out of hours work to support projects and other initiatives. This role will provide desktop support as well as enterprise systems engagement support for multiple business units. The role will be responsible for providing critical support to areas requiring immediate assistance based on the nature of the business they conduct (Production, Broadcast, Digital, News, Film, etc). The analyst will also be expected to participate in a shift rotation that will see them working across multiple disciplines such as but not limited to:
Minimum 3+ Years’ experience providing IT support in a client facing roles for all levels of staff in a medium to large organisation with a global footprint.
