Qualifications

• Experience delivering large tech and transformation projects.
• Experience with systems integration and SaaS in a retail environment.
• Strong vendor and supplier management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and forecast finances.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, high-profile tech and transformation projects over £1m.
• Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure shared outcomes.
• Apply best-in-class project and change management techniques.
• Own senior Delivery relationships and project communications.
• Develop high-performing Delivery teams including offshore members.
• Establish governance framework for oversight and control.
• Define and deliver detailed business requirements with IT and third parties.
• Manage plans and budgets across project lifecycle.
• Ensure governance, risk, and quality plans are in place.
• Coordinate interdependencies and manage deviations to closure.
