Job summary

A dynamic venture capital firm is seeking a tech-savvy graduate to provide support to the Founder’s/Managing Partner's team. Responsibilities include administrative assistance, office management, and project/event support. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and experience with relevant tech platforms. This office-based role offers a great opportunity for those at the start of their career in the tech and venture capital fields.

Our client is a very successful, yet small, venture capital firm that supports tech founders on the journey to grow their business. They are a dynamic and passionate team that place real value on their EAs & Team Assistants and their ability to proactively support the senior team and drive the business forward. They are now looking for a bright and super tech savvy graduate to join their team and support the Founder’s/Managing Partner's team with projects, events and office support. It’s a fast-paced environment and will be a role that requires lots of juggling and prioritising. Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Administrative support to the Managing Partner and COO
  • Office management duties
  • Projects & Event support - working with the COO on the organisation and execution of ourcorporate events and ad hoc projects
  • General team assistant support
  • Full EA cover when other EAs are absent

The ideal candidatewill be a graduate (with a 2:1 or higher), have a strong interested in the tech world, possess excellent written and verbal communications skills and be experienced in using tech platforms and tools that enhance creativity and productivity (such as ChatGTP, Notion, Figma, Canva etc). They are willing to consider a fresh graduate with university placements and internships behind them, or someone with 1-2 years work experience. A hard working attitude is key, as is the drive to want to learn and develop and add value. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is interested in the world of tech and venture capital. They are a wonderful company and team to join. This role is office based 4 days per week with 1 day working from home.
