Job summary

EE is offering a Full-time Sales Apprenticeship in Swansea with a starting hourly rate of £11.55. The program includes a starting salary of £22,527 rising to £26,116 after completion of the apprenticeship, plus an uncapped commission scheme.

You will gain an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service after completion and receive substantial discounts on EE products and other tech. Training supports career growth and a private GP service is available.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; apprenticeship focused on attitude and customer focus.
• NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service awarded after completion of the apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers over the phone, building relationships and recommending EE products and services.
• Complete a 15‑month NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service with dedicated study day and tutor guidance.
