Responsibilities

• Build relationships with candidates across AI and Data markets.
• Source and identify talent for live vacancies.
• Use LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking to find candidates.
• Talk with candidates to understand experience, motivations and goals.
• Manage interviews, feedback and the recruitment process.
• Write engaging job adverts and candidate outreach.
• Develop market knowledge and professional network.
